Yona Adventure Gear will accept product return within 14 days. After 14 days we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. A return will be accepted if the item is unused and is in like-new condition. It must be in original undamaged packaging. Shipping cost will be deducted from the customer's refundable amount. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from delivery day.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will email you a confirmation that the returned item was received. We will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund after assessing the condition of the returned item. Once a refund is approved it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original source of payment. Late or missing refunds (if applicable): In case your refund delayed, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company. It takes some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is always some processing time before the refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges (if applicable): Yona Adventure Gear only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon their arrival to the customer. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us for return shipping instructions.
Shipping: Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs to return the purchased item. Shipping cost is non-refundable. It is the customer's responsibility to keep track of returned items in transit until their arrival to Yona Adventure Gear. Yona Adventure Gear is not responsible for items lost in transit.
